Product Engineering Manager

Job Summary :

He/she will be responsible for overseeing the whole engineering process of Medical product to achieve the company business objectives in medical product group.

Test Engineering Manager

Job Summary :

Test Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing a group of Test Engineers who have direct ownership of product testing process and tester performance. Main duties of the Test Engineering Manager include:

Guide TE in product and test specification review and ensure that issues are fed back to the customer for proper actions.
Develop test strategies, and work with customer and Test Development department in obtaining the required test equipment.
Ensure that test equipment are qualified per standard metrology and also ensure that they are installed and sustained for production.
Monitor test yield and product quality and lead TE team in taking improvement actions.
Lead team in taking cost reduction actions.
Continuously develop and strengthen TE organization.

Qualifications :

Test Development Engineer

Job Summary :

Responsible for the Test development function. To solve all tester problem and develop the tester to ensure that the project will be completed on plan.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics Telecommunication Engineering or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experiences in Test Development Engineering function in Electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge in electronics circuits or RF circuits will be advantage.
Having experience programming microcontroller such as PIC,AVR etc.

Purchasing Manager

Job Summary :

Responsible for overall purchasing operations including planning, administering of detailed proposals and contracts to ensure that any purchasing transaction complies with the existing purchasing rules and policies of the company.

Qualifications :

At least 12 years in electronics industry with 3 years in management level. Certified in Purchasing is a plus.

Job Summary :

You will be in charge of sourcing new suppliers in China at the highest quality and lowest cost. This includes leading commodity team in moving other region suppliers to China base. Initiates and implements cost reduction program in sourcing materials to achieve the company KPI/goals of cost and delivery.

Qualifications :

Having bachelors degree in any fields, engineering/technical degree is preferable.
At a minimum of 5 years of strategic international sourcing/purchasing and commodity management or supply chain management prerably with at least 3 years for an international electronics manufacturing/EMS company.

Senior Buyer

Job Summary :

Purchase materials per MRP suggestion, get the materials to be delivered in time with the right quality and quantity, as well as to work with peers to resolve the issues related to the suppliers. Take actions to achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as defined, and support corporate strategies and directions.
To release purchase order with the right price at the right timing.
To obtain delivery confirmation from supplier and updated in computer system.
To follow up and expedite the materials delivery from vendor to be able to support the production requirement.
To feedback to colleagues if the delivery schedule can not be met.
To clear the discrepancies of the shipment quantity and price, make shipment back to suppliers of the rejected materials (RTV Return-To-Vendor) and follow up Credit Note from suppliers.
